​tense tangled tethered ​was on view at the List Art Center in Providence, RI from March 15 to March 22, 2019. It is a show about anxiety and release, grief and love, pain and resilience. Something to hold on to. The tension of loss and absence within our family as more time passes since we lost our dad to cancer. Growing up, growing closer, and growing apart. The physicality of anxiety, depression, chronic back pain, the body growing weak, curling in on itself. Pushing back. And through it all, being tethered to love.
